  • Our high quality standards are protected and secured by a strict quality management. Accordingly, we are also certified successfully with the DIN EN ISO 9001 norm.
  • The quality management system pioneered a clear organization structure and a strict distribution of the given tasks. This ensures an optimal performance and avoids mistakes.

The quality policy of BDH Consulting GmbH includes in particular the following principles:

  • The customer is the economic fundament of our company and is the focus of our activities

We use methodical strategies to achieve the goals mentioned above:

  • The project manager is the central contact point to our customers. All activities and customer related issues are handled centrally by him.
  • Flexible and short-term project realization through flat hierarchical structures with definite responsibilities.
  • 4-eye principle: All services (including drawings and performance directories) which leave our house are examined and released using the 4-eye principle.
  • Application of innovative configuration and realization tools lead to a process-oriented and rational project management.
  • Conscientious and continuous supervision of the performed tasks at the construction sites in terms of quality which means efficiency and the accepted technical rules in schedule.
  • Intensive application of our quality management system with the goal of continuous improvement:
    1. Project controlling: Increasing of knowledge by looking back on completed projects.
    2. Permanent training (internal or external) to improve the skill level of our employees to continually.
